Refunds of registration fees will be as follows: Postmarked or received before November 30, 2007 – 100% refund (minus US $ 50.00 handling fee). Postmarked or received from December 1st to the 31st, 2007 – 50% refund. Cancellations received after January 1st, 2008 – No refunds.
