The venue of the workshop will be the Fiesta Americana Grand Guadalajara Country Club Hotel, located at 1551 Americas Avenue, Colonia Providencia, CP 44610 in Guadalajara, Jalisco, México. The hotel is located in what has been called the financial district of the city, a grand deluxe hotel recently inaugurated six months ago.

The block of rooms that we had reserved at the other Fiesta Americana Hotel Guadalajara located just in front of an important city monument, The Minerva Fountain, are completely booked and at this time there is no more rooms available at this hotel for the week of the IWAA meeting. This is due to the fact that another big convention will be held in the city at the same time of the IWAA.

However, if you are interested to attend we can still reserve you a hotel room at the Fiesta Americana Grand Guadalajara Country Club Hotel (USD $ 200.00 per night single or double occupancy) and also at Meson Ejecutivo Hotel (USD $ 80.00 per night single or double occupancy). Please take a look at the map attached for an idea on the distances between these hotels. We will have a bus departing from the “old” Fiesta Americana and Mesón Ejecutivo hotels to the venue hotel once daily. We must receive your registration no later than Thursday, January 31^st, 2008 in order to secure your room. After this date you have to find a hotel by yourself. Please feel free to contact us for more information on this or any other matter.

All rates are per room, per night and include 17% tax. Early reservation is highly recommended!! In 2008 the rates may increase approx. 5%

When booking, please complete this hotel reservation form and return to CEIBAC, S.C., no later than November 30th, 2007. Requests will be accepted thereafter, however, hotel accommodation is subject to availability, and cannot be guaranteed. After this deadline, bookings are only possible against full payment by cash or check in US dollars from an American bank.

Option 1: Bank Transfer – with your name and address indicated on the reverse. If payment is made for more than one person or by a company please makes sure all names are indicated and send fully completed registration and accommodation forms together with a copy of the bank transfer. Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at source in addition to the registration and accommodation fees.

Option 2: Cheque made payable to: “CEIBAC, S.C.”  (Only cheques from an US Bank accepted).

CANCELLATION POLICY – HOTEL ACCOMMODATION. All changes or cancellations have to be made in writing to CEIBAC, S.C. Please do not contact the hotel directly.

In the event of non-arrival, the hotel will automatically release the reservation, and payment will be non-refundable.

       Cancellations received before November 30, 2007 – 100% refund (minus US$50 handling fee).

Payment for the balance of your Hotel Accommodation should be sent before January 31^st, 2008, otherwise your reservation will be cancelled with no refund of your deposit.
